About
I started out as a graphic designer, and for a while my job was making things look right. Somewhere along the way it became something bigger: making things work — for the brand, for the team, and for the person on the other end who only ever sees the result, never the moving parts.
These days I lead work across brand, marketing, events, product launches, and the operations that hold it all together. I am the person who turns a loose idea into a finished concept — the visual direction, the customer experience, and the unglamorous logistics behind the scenes that make it actually happen.
I care a lot about how teams feel. I want the people around me to feel supported and safe, and I will be direct when something needs fixing — I think those two things belong together. Good work comes from healthy rooms.
